waiting to publish some extracts of some unforgettable (though now past) evenings, deserves to be mentioned here but unpretentious dinner accompanied by excellent wines indeed, set up in a jiffy to talk business.
impromptu menu: an appetizer of aromatic and spicy sausage from North and South, small penne with mushrooms Field (Alan, Bibi .. thanks!) And filet grilled with fresh sautéed spinach "to Iglesia ". has uncorked an extraordinary vinosissimo Franciacorta Brut mill. 2002 The Rondinera (nice gift to the dear Marcella some time ago), a Chardonnay Loacker because the bottle of Franciacorta (which was enough for starter and first) evidently had a hole under and we do not we realized: DDD, and a blend of Sangioveto (!) and Canaiolo Montevertine called Sodacci (Year of Grace 1998 ..) that the label proudly shows his name and surname of the winemaker and master taster. And what a show ..!!!
tired and then we tried ended with a hint of Modica chocolate flavored with orange and citrus fruits, accompanied by appropriate choice of agricultural rum.
Spontaneously a thought: now that you have a respectable wine cellar with many interesting bottles ready to drink just waiting to die serving the right dish, it launches the challenge and we invite those interested in procuring cheap raw food, that will have fun cooking and "exchanged" with appropriate wine glasses divine ..
