Friday night I had the pleasure of rediscovering the tastes of memory from oblivion by now absorbed in the company of old friends.
The evening was not the best, cold and rain were the backdrop to a reunion for years that we waited .. and what's better than a good risotto to warm his limbs numb the dull atmosphere evening?
Department in Santa Teresa Valley, a name that says it all but hides the specialties that you never ever expect to find: first of all the "sweet rice with Pontel" a wonder that I regret not I photographed, but I invite you to enjoy as soon as possible: a rice-water fish sweet with the famous "Pontel" or covered with a riot of fish fried river eel, "Pessina, shrimp and frogs .. a true wonder of the palate!
