Trattoria Commerce - Venasca (CN)
The beauty of the Gypsy and you know (maybe) from where you start and almost never where you come ..... and often (if you're right ... with the spirit of irony and education) ... from a "bad luck" I born of luck.
Thanks to the alert of some patrons of a pastry Savigliano (this is a chapter in which I leave as a friend to tell) ... we ended up in a full Varaita Venasca at the Restaurant located in the Commerce ..... the center of the village.

We go into this place and we are greeted by the owner and the waitress ... that as a first approach (typical of the area) will almost always show a tad bit chilly and suspicious of the stranger .... but then open with rare gentleness and sobriety after a while. Anyway ...... first
..... what bring us the wine list ...... amazing ..... in a restaurant where there is no printed menu .... there is a wine list worthy of .... half of the Inns of Bologna .... obviously (and rightly) deep on the bottles Piedmont ....... cmq our choice is about a young Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba.
It starts with appetizers .... all tastes .... including salami remember .... ..... ..... tongue in sauce, veal with tuna sauce green peppers ... Alba .... hot ... and others.
Go to the first ... so worth the trip just that .... ..... valVario dumplings served with butter and cheese galore ..... taken directly from the pan ... hot hot (what I appreciate more ).....
already quite satisfied ..... there is scope the last portion of lamb baked Sambucano ..... ..... and here comes the dilemma since the portion was a pan full .... who knows what the concept portion of ... well who knows have a healthy appetite for mountain inhabitants of these parts .... cmq ... melted in the mouth of the dish was so tender ... and of course now has evaporated from our plates.
Finally .... not right for us to miss anything ..... we have added three cakes ... where we stood a good chocolate cake and coffee .... and then ..... Barolo we get up. The bill
boh ....... ... .... I do not know what to say ...... except wine (honest ).... reloading with 60-odd euro in three .... .. I understand the low cost of living (and perhaps of the claims even though )...... in the worst farm tucked away in the heart of the Province of Bo (Mo ).... or so .... I spend to eat cold cuts and then some ..... not tigelle castelmagno gnocchi with lamb and elderberries (Slowfood) ... . who knows the Mysteries of Life .......
