In collaboration with the Consorzio Vini Colli Bolognesi know and taste: The Excellence by the AIS "Emilia to drink" (Edition 2009/2010) are less than 9, this year, the wines that were considered, from our tasting committee, the best expressions of the Bologna area. Producers will also attend the tasting, and chef de "Il Caffè Della Corte" prepare us crescentine hot with Parma ham and salami from Felino match wines.
